Youth rugby is a fantastic and fun game for 12 to 18 year old boys. At North Dorset RFC we have a thriving youth section, with over 100 players charging around the Slaughtergate fields on a Sunday morning.
We are a friendly club and place strong emphasis on the core values of rugby - Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. As players move through the age groups they progress towards the full 15 a-side game with new building blocks being introduced at each age group.
Our youth teams train on Sundays at 10.30am and aim to finish around 12 noon. They also have an additional mid-week training session (days vary between age groups). The majority of fixtures are played on Sunday mornings. The season lasts from the first Sunday in September until the final Sunday in April.
We have a healthy fixture list, with games against clubs all over Dorset as well as Wiltshire and Somerset, and occasionally even further afield!

Youth membership is £70 per season with free Associate Membership for accompanying adults.
