To all members 

Your board met on the evening of 15th to consider the club’s response to the growing number of cases of Covid-19 amongst club members and in the general population.

The first thing to say is that all current planned events are going ahead. The situation is being reviewed regularly.

However from today, Thursday, 16th December, until further notice, the following protocols should be followed:

1. All members and visitors to all inside areas of clubhouse building are required to wear face masks unless seated and eating, drinking or changing. 
2. All members are asked to take a lateral flow test before coming to the club. 
3. All visiting teams and other visitors are to be asked to take a lateral flow test before coming to the club. 
4. Your board also resolved that all members should be encouraged to take advantage of vaccination opportunities as there is a possibility that, in future, those who cannot show that they have been fully vaccinated may not be permitted to enter the club.
