North Dorset RFC

North Dorset RFC is delighted to announce Mark Poole as Colts Head Coach.

Mark is a considerable Bath fan and has been a season ticket holder along with the rest of his family for many years.

Mark has been coaching for 4-5 years now at Frome and North Dorset and has recently achieved the RFU's ERCA.

On his new role, Mark Said:

 "Feeling pretty humbled to think the Club has given me this opportunity to work for another two seasons with our current U16s and the existing U18s. 

Despite the lack of competitive matches, the player's attitude and commitment in training has been first class and was a factor in my decision to go for the role. It's been a pleasure coaching these guys.

I don't think the boys realise their potential at the moment to progress to that next level and our aim as Coaches is to ensure we promote that by providing an environment which is fun, safe, yet challenging."

David Stickland, Director of Rugby, North Dorset RFC, added:

 "This is a massively important role within the clubs coaching team, and we are delighted to have appointed Mark. His passion and enthusiasm is clear to see, he shares our ambition and values as a club, and I look forward to working with him and the whole of the colts coaching and management team as we move forward."
