To Members of North Dorset Rugby Club,
Following on from conversations with the President and Director of Rugby this morning we have decided reluctantly to cancel the game next Tuesday. The national position with regard to the spreading of Omicron is still unclear but we all agree that it will be best to be cautious now rather than let one social event increase cases for members and their extended families.
The Club will be closed until January 4th and the situation will be reviewed then.
I regret that we have had to take this action but feel sure you will support the decision.
Can I thank everybody for their efforts on behalf of North Dorset Rugby over the past year both on and off the pitch and wish you all a very happy and safe Christmas.
