The RFU have announced this week that we can commence our move to Stage E in the Return to Rugby Roadmap. This is fabulous news that allows us to embrace adapted contact rugby, and tag rugby in the younger years.
As a club, our decision is for Age Grade teams to move to Stage D from Wed 02-Dec in the first instance, then to Stage E from Mon 07-Dec. This allows Age Grade teams to re-engage, check fitness and to prepare for contact. Age Grade teams are U7 through to and including Colts.
Our Adult Teams may progress to Stage E from Wed 02-Dec.
Our rugby at NDRFC will run under our current risk assessment and guidance until Mon 07-Dec. Please catch up with these documents here…

When getting back to training, please ensure that our club guidance is followed. No doubt we’ve all learned from another lockdown the importance of reducing the opportunity for the virus to be transmitted.
As noted in our previous announcement, part of our updated protocols will be the requirement for temperature checks prior to sessions - contactless thermometers have been purchased by the club and will be issued to Team Managers prior to Mon 07-Dec.
We look forward to seeing you all.
