TEMPORARY COVID-19 POLICY STATEMENT

Introduction

We are privileged to be able to maintain organised sport, which is so important to the wellbeing of our members at this time.

Organised sport means following our current Return to Play Requirements, informed by our COVID-19 risk assessment, RFU protocols and HM Government requirements.

Please be familiar with and adhere to our current Return to Play Requirements.

The situation as we enter 2021, coupled with the fact that we are sited on the borders of three counties, has made it necessary for NDRFC to establish a temporary policy, so that we can safely maintain rugby activity for the majority of our members. Our temporary policy respects RFU protocols and HM Government requirements.

Players

Adult players living within Dorset are permitted to train and play at NDRFC.

Age Grade players (U7 - U18) living within Dorset and other Tier 3 areas are permitted to train and play at NDRFC. Only one parent or guardian should accompany an Age Grade player to NDRFC.

Adult players living within a Tier 3 area outside Dorset are not permitted to train or play at NDRFC.

Adult and Age Grade players living within a Tier 4 area are not permitted to train or play at NDRFC.

Volunteers (including Coaches, Coaching Assistants, Team Managers, First Aiders and Match Officials)

Volunteers living within a Tier 4 area are not permitted to support training or play at NDRFC.

Volunteers living within a Tier 3 area outside Dorset are permitted to support training or play at NDRFC.

Inter Club Matches

All matches against other clubs, whether at home or away, are suspended for the month of January 2021.

Facilities

The bar will be closed.

The club shop will be closed. Orders can be placed by email for collection - email clubhouse@ndrfc.co.uk.

The kitchen will be closed.

The changing rooms will be closed.

The toilets will be open.
