Due to the current situation regarding the Coronavirus outbreak, our Annual General Meeting will be held by electronic means.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of North Dorset RFU Ltd will be held as a Virtual AGM, on Thursday 25th June 2020 at 19.30 hrs.
The proposed format for this year’s Virtual AGM will be as follows:
1. Method of Transmission – Google meet.
2. Please email secretary@ndrfc.co.ukto register your interest to attend.
3. You will receive a Google meet invitation to the virtual AGM, 7 days before the due date of the virtual AGM via e-mail.
4. You will receive copies of the agenda and all AGM related documents, 7 days before the due date of the virtual AGM via e-mail.
5. Accept the Google meet invitation.
6. The virtual AGM will open at 19.20 hrs, to allow sufficient time to log in prior to meeting starting at 19.30 hrs.
7. For voting, we will be set up Google forms and share the link during the meeting when you can vote.
